| SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE |
| REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE |
| 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN |
| WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE |
| PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING |
| INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES |
| FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW |
| (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR |
| TYPES. THESE ITEMS CAN BE DEFERRED IF REQUESTED, |
| HOWEVER, THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED |
| BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT BEFORE THEY CAN BE |
| INSTALLED. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR |
| ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS. |

| 3) THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE EXISTING GARAGE DOOR IS |
| BEING REPLACED WITH FRENCH DOORS. IT APPEARS THAT THE |
| EXISTING GARAGE IS BEING CONVERTED INTO AN |
| AIR-CONDITIONED WORK SHOP. THIS WILL NEED TO BE |
| REVIEWED BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR IMPACT FEES. |
