 FEET. HOUSE WILL NEED TO BE RAISED TO 14.1 FEET MIN.

 1- FLOOD ZONE AE AND SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT.
 THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS GOING TO BE BUILT IN A AE
 FLOOD ZONE WITH A BASE FLOOD ELEVATION (BFE) OF 12.1
 FEET BASED ON NAVD 88.
 THE PROPOSED ADDITION IS CONSIDERED A SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT. THE ADDITION AND THE EXISTING HOUSE SHALL
 HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR FINISHED ELEVATION ELEVATED TO OR
 ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PLUS TWO FEET.
 THEREFORE, THE MIN. REQUIRED FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION
 IS 14.1 FEET.
 NOTE: PLANS NEED TO SHOW THE PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION. NEED TO PROVIDE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND SURVEY SHOWING THE FINISH
 FLOOR ELEVATIONS FOR REVIEW.

 FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED:
 A) CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 B) BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
 C) FINISHED CONSTRUCTION.
