 24, 2021 HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD MEETING.
  
 PLEASE NOTE, FULL ELEVATIONS AND FLOOR PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED. A PARTIAL ELEVATION WILL NOT
 BE ACCEPTED.
  
 2. PROVIDE A SURVEY AND A SITE PLAN INDICATING SETBACKS
 FOR THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE.
 3. PROVIDE THE PROJECT DATA TABLE INDICATING LOT
 COVERAGE FOR THE PROPERTY. THIS IS ALL ROOFED SPACES.
 4. REVISE THE ELEVATIONS TO INDICATE A SCORE LINE OF A
 MINIMUM HALF AN INCH TO INDICATE WHERE THE ADDITION
 STARTS ON BOTH ELEVATIONS.
 5. PROVIDE ON A SITE PLAN INDICATING WHERE TWO PARKING
 SPACES OF AT LEAST 8.5 FEET BY 18 FEET ARE ON THE
