 (A) THERE IS NO INFORMATION IN THE SURVEY FOR THE
 ELEVATION AT THE LOADING AREA ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING. ACCORDING TO PLANS, THE ELEVATION AT THE
 ENTRANCE OF THE LOADING AREA IS LOWER THAN THE REST OF
 THE FLOOR. THIS LOOKS LIKE THE TOP OF BOTTOM FLOOR.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 PROVIDE FINAL SURVEY SHOWING ELEVATIONS IN THE LOADING
 AREA. (INCLUDE THE FIRE PUMP ROOM, TRASH ROOM, DOMESTIC
 PUMP ROOM).

 DESIGN FLOOD ELEVATION OF 14.7 (NAVD) SPECIFIED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. SEE SHEET A-2.1 FOR PROPOSED
 ELEVATION (16.25 NGVD). COORDINATE WITH THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED FINISH
 ELEVATION.

 THE GARAGE IS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE GARAGE. REVISE AS

 THIS ELEVATION IS SHOWN IS MISLEADING. THIS ELEVATION
 IS SHOWN AT MID POINT OF THE GARAGE. THIS GARAGE HAS
 DIFFERENT LEVELS AND THE POINT WHERE THE REVISED
 ELEVATION IS SHOWN IS HIGHER THAN THE NUMBER SHOWN.
 TYPICALLY, THE ELEVATIONS ARE MARKED AT THE POINT WHERE
 THE ELEVATION IS TAKEN. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO AVOID
