 ELEVATION IS 12.38. THE ELEVATION NEEDS TO BE ENTERED
 TO THE NEAREST TENTH OF A FOOT AS REQUIRED BY ITEM C2
 OF FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS. THEREFORE,
 THE CORRECT ROUNDING WILL BE 12.0 NOT 12.4.
