 1) IN THE DOCUMENT FILE FOLDER THERE IS A SWEETGREEN
 SHEET INDEX LETTER, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THE CITY PLACE
 RETAIL MANAGEMENT STAMP OF APPROVAL. THE CITY PLACE
 STAMP OF APPROVAL MUST BE EITHER ON THE PLANS OR FOR AN
 ALTERNATE, YOU MAY PROVIDE A LETTER FROM CITY PLACE
 RETAIL MANAGEMENT WHICH APPROVES THE SPECIFIC PLANS
 SUBMITTED UNDER THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 IS LEFT BLANK, PLEASE FILL IN THE SCOPE OF WORK THAT IS
 TO BE ACCOMPLISHED UNDER THIS PERMIT. 107.2.1.2.
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE DEMOLITION SHEET AND LIFE SAFETY SHEETS CONFIRM
 A NEW TENANT SPACE IS BEING PROPOSED. ADDRESSING HAS
 DETERMINED THE PROPOSED SWEETGREEN SUITE BE 135 AND THE
 SUITE TO THE LEFT TO REMAIN SUITE 131. VERIFY THE SUITE
 SEQUENCING OF NUMBERING IS IN ORDER. THE PERMIT ADDRESS
 HAS BEN CHANGED FOR PERMIT RECORDS; THE PLANS WILL NEED
 UPDATING. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4) IN BOTH THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN & FLOOR PLAN A1.1.1 THE
 ONE HOUR PROPOSED TENANT SEPARATION WALL HAS A
 SUPPORTING COLUMN (NOTE 5) AND A PIPE (NOTE 6) WITH THE
 WALL BEING WRAPPED DIRECTLY AGAINST THESE ELEMENTS. HOW
 CAN A ONE HOUR RATED WALL OCCUR WITH THIS DESIGN WHEN
 YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE CORNERS TO SCREW THE DRYWALL
 INTO THE STUDS NOR TAPE THE JOINT AND APPLY THE DRYWALL
 MUD OVER THE TAPE TO SECURE IT AND MAKE A SEALED JOINT?
