 APPROVAL DOESN'T INCLUDE A WINDOW SIZE SCHEDULE. PLANS
 SPECIFY SH25 EGRESS WINDOWS FOR THE SECOND FLOOR
 BEDROOMS.
 TYPICALLY, A SH25 SINGLE HUNG HAS A SIZE OF +/-37"
 WIDTH BY +/-63" HEIGHT. BASED ON THE KOLBE & KOLBE
 MILLWORK COMPANY WEBSITE IT LOOKS LIKE THIS SIZE OF
 WINDOW MAY NOT COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS.
 PROVIDE MANUFACTURER'S CUT SHEETS SHOWING THAT THE
 SPECIFIED WINDOW SIZE COMPLIES WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS. CLEARLY SHOW SIZE OF WINDOW AND ALL CLEAR
 OPENINGS: WIDTH, HEIGHT AND TOTAL CLEAR OPENING. IF
 SIZE OF WINDOW NEEDS TO BE REVISED, THEN REVISE PLANS
 ACCORDINGLY.

 BASED ON THE KOLBE & KOLBE MILLWORK COMPANY WEBSITE
 THIS SIZE OF WINDOW DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS.
 THE CLEAR HEIGHT FOR THIS WINDOW IS 20-7/16" AND THE
 TOTAL CLEAR OPENING IS 4.82S.F. (SEE ATTACHED
 SCREENSHOT). NEED MINIMUM OF 24 CLEAR HEIGHT OPENING
 AND MINIMUM CLEAR OPENING OF 5.7S.F.
 ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO REVISE PLANS SPECIFYING
 SIZE OF WINDOW COMPLYING WITH ALL THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R310.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE OF WINDOW (WIDTH AND HEIGHT)
 THAT MATCHES WINDOW MANUFACTURER?S PUBLISHED SIZES.
