 1. PROVIDE A GRAPHIC OF THE PROPOSED FRONT DOOR. DOOR
 SHOULD BE SIMPLE IN NATURE WITH 2, 4, OR 6 PANELS. IF
 GLASS IS DESIRED, TOP 1/4 MAY HAVE GLASS WITH A 4-LITE
 PATTERN. MUNTINS MUST BE EXTERNAL AND DIMENSIONAL.
 2. REVISE WINDOWS #2, #3, #4, AND #5 TO A PAIRED
 CASEMENT WITH HORIZONTAL 3-LITES. ENSURE MUNTINS HAVE
 AN EXTERNAL PYRAMID PROFILE.
 3. REVISE WINDOW #6 TO BE A CASEMENT-FIXED-CASEMENT
 WITH MATCHING PROPORTIONS OF THE EXISTING WINDOW. EACH
 CASEMENT SHALL HAVE A HORIZONTAL 4-LITE WITH AN
 EXTERNAL PYRAMID PROFILE. AN XOX WITH MATCHING
 PROPORTIONS MAY WORK IN THIS WINDOW IF THE SCREENS ARE
 NOT INSTALLED AND KEPT ON-SITE AND USED AS NEEDED.
 4. INDICATE GLASS GLAZING AND FRAME COLOR. STREET
 FACING GLASS MUST BE CLEAR. NON-STREET GLASS MAY BE
 CLEAR OR CLEAR WITH LOW-E. EXTERIOR FRAME COLORS SHALL
 BE WHITE OR ANODIZED.
 5. INCLUDE THE ORDER QUOTE DETAIL/DETAILED CUSTOMER
 PROPOSAL.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
