 1- SECOND FLOOR CONCRETE SLAB:
 A)STRUCTURAL PLANS SHOW AN 8" CONCRETE SLAB TO BE
 SUPPORTED ON 8X20 CONCRETE BEAM AND 3-1/4 X 3-1/4 X 1/4
 TUBE COLUMNS. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS SHOWING THAT THE
 STEEL REINFORCEMENT SPECIFIED FOR THE CONCRETE BEAM
 (2#5 BARS ON TOP AND 2#7 BARS AT BOTTOM)IS ADEQUATE TO
 TRANSFER THE BENDING MOMENT OF THE CONTINUOUS CONCRETE
 BEAM AT THE STEEL COLUMNS. ALSO, CHECK THE BUCKLING OF
 THE TUBE COLUMNS. SEC. 107.2.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 B)FOUNDATION PLAN IS MISSING THE FOOTING FOR COLUMN

 TWO STORY WALL SECTION AND BUILDING SECTION A-A.
 THE ASSEMBLY NEEDS TO BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM
 E119 OR UL 263 OR ANY OTHER METHOD DESCRIBED IN SEC.
 703.3 FBC-BUILDING.

 1) ALSO, NEED TO PROVIDE A FIRE RATED WALL ASSEMBLY FOR
 FIRST FLOOR EXTERIOR WALL SUPPORTING THE SECOND FLOOR
