 6. MAXIMUM HEIGHT: ACCESSORY APARTMENTS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 25 FEET IN HEIGHT.

 FRONT: 25 FEET.
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
