 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) BOTH THE PERMIT APPLICATION AND THE PLANS ARE USING
 A OUT OF DATE ADDRESS FOR THIS SITE. PLEASE UPDATE THE
 PLANS. PLEASE SEE THE ADDRESSING STOP, LAST NOV. THIS
 SITE WAS RE-ADDRESSED TO THE CITY?S ADDRESSING STANDARD
 FOR SITES WITH MULTIPLE TENANT ADDRESSES. CITY MUNI
 CODE SEC.78-6 (1-7) (2) LOCATION, BUILDINGS CONTAINING
 MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS.
 2020 FBC-B 501.2 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION. NEW AND
 EXISTING BUILDINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH APPROVED
 ADDRESS IDENTIFICATION.
  
 2) THE INDEX SHEET LISTS A COVERSHEET WHICH WAS NOT
 UPLOADED WITH THE SET OF PLANS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET LIST THIS AS A LEVEL II
 ALTERATION. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LAST KNOWN USE (THAT HAD
 A BUSINESS TAX CERTIFICATE) FOR THIS TENANT SPACE. IT
 APPEARS THAT MOST OF THE TENANTS IN THIS BUILDING ARE
 SOME TYPE OF AUTO REPAIR SHOP WHICH WOULD BE A F-1
 OCCUPANCY TYPE. THEN THIS WOULD BECOME A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY AND NEED TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES FOR PARTIAL
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY SECTION 1001.2.2.1 OF THE 2020
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 4) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET DOES NOT SHOW ANY ACCESSIBLE
 SEATING IN THE DINING ROOM.
 4A ) 226.1 WHERE DINING SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE
 CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT (40X
 0.05= 2 SEATS ACCESSIBLE) OF THE SEATING SPACES AND
 STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH 902.
  
 4B) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.

 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
 BE PROVIDED TO ALL DINING AREAS, INCLUDING RAISED OR
 SUNKEN DINING AREAS, AND OUTDOOR DINING AREAS.
  
 4D) 902.1. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1 GENERAL.
 DINING SURFACES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, BARS,
 TABLES, LUNCH COUNTERS, AND BOOTHS
  
 4E)(1) 902.2 CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE COMPLYING WITH 305 POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD
 APPROACH SHALL BE PROVIDED. KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE
 COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 4E)(2) 902.3 HEIGHT. THE TOPS OF DINING SURFACES AND
 WORK SURFACES SHALL BE 28 INCHES MINIMUM AND 34 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5) SHEET A2.1.1 THE ENLARGED RESTROOMS SHOW WALL
 ELEVATION DETAILS ON SHEER A3.1.1. ONE OF THE WALL
 ELEVATIONS ARE SHOWN ON THIS SHEET. ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS
 FOR RESTROOMS CAN NOT BE REVIEWED.
