 REQUIRED BY SEC. R103.1.1.2 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION,
 PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PERMIT TO BEGIN CONSTRUCTION.
  
 B)THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 SUBMITTED. ONE IS FORM 405-2020 PREPARED BY M. ABBOTT
 AND FORM R402-2020 PREPARED BY THE ARCHITECT.
 INFORMATION ON FORM R402-2020 DOESN'T MEET THE MINIMUM
 PRESCRIPTIVE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE GLAZED FENESTRATION
 (SHGC) AND THE A/C UNIT CAN NOT BE INSTALLED IN THE
 ATTIC. THIS FORM CAN NOT BE USED. PLEASE REMOVE THIS
 FORM.
 USE FORM R405-2020 AND MAKE SURE IS SIGNED BY THE OWNER
 OR ARCHITECT TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
