 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1903 & 1094. THE PROPOSED TENANT SPACES TRANSGRESS
 LEGAL BOUNDARY LINES BETWEEN THE CONDOMINIUM UNITS
 WHICH WILL NEED TO BE COMBINED TO FORM 'THE SITE'. A
 'UNITY OF TITLE' SHALL BE RECORDED AT THE COUNTY
 COURTHOUSE. SUBMIT A COPY OF THE RECORDED 'UNITY OF
 TITLE' DOCUMENT SO THAT FBC TABLE 601 BOUNDARY LINE
 REQUIREMENTS MAY BE DEEMED NOT APPLICABLE.

 NEGATIVE PRESSURES ARE GIVEN AT -84.7 (ASSUMED VASD).
 THE ENGINEERING EXPRESS SHEET IS HIGHLIGHTED EXPOSURE
 D, INTERIOR WALL ZONE 4, MEAN ROOF HEIGHT AT 220 MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT 0F 220. THE WORST-CASE PRESSURES FOR WALL
 ZONE 4 WOULD BE +67.0/ - 67.0 @ 10 SQ. FT. SHOP DRAWING
 STAMP OF APPROVAL BY YOUR OFFICE. WHY THE DIFFERENCE IN
 REQUIRED PRESSURES? 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED. THE SUBMITTED PRODUCT APPROVALS CANNOT BE
 REVIEWED UNTIL THE UNTIL THE DISCREPANCY IN PRESSURES
 IS RESOLVED.

 DOORS FROM THE ELEVATOR LOBBY. THE DOOR SCHEDULE DOES
 NOT SHOW THESES DOORS WITH A FIRE RATING. PLEASE REVIEW
 IN THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 3006.3 HOISTWAY
 PROTECTION AND WHICH METHOD OF PROTECTION IS GOING TO
 BE PROVIDED.

 SPREAD. PLEASE NOTE THE CITY IS IN RECEIPT OF THE

 IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON
 06/2020. IN BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS
 EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE.
  
 4A) 1210.2.2 WALLS & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF
 SERVICE SINKS, URINALS, AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A
 SMOOTH, HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT
 LESS THAN 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A
 TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
  
 4B) 2509.1. WET AREAS. SHOWERS AND PUBLIC TOILET WALLS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 4C) 1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, BASE, FLOORS AND
 PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.
  
 4D) 2020 FBC-B 2509.2 BASE FOR TILE. MATERIALS USED AS
 A BASE FOR WALL TILE IN TUB AND SHOWER AREAS AND WALLS
 AND CEILING PANELS IN SHOWER AREAS SHALL BE OF
 MATERIALS LISTED IN TABLE 2509.2 AND INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER?S RECOMMENDATIONS. WATER
 RESISTANT GYPSUM BACKING BOARD SHALL BE USED AS A BASE
 FOR TILE IN WATER CLOSET COMPARTMENT WALLS WHEN
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GA-216 OR ASTM C840 AND
 THE MANUFACTURE?S RECOMMENDATIONS.
