 ARCHITECTS WITH RESPECT TO EVALUATION OF DESIGN
 PROFESSIONALS DOCUMENTS, IF A LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINDS IT
 NECESSARY, IN ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE
 TIMES FOR FAILURE TO CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION
 SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY NOTED IN EACH REJECTION,
 INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION,
 STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY, ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING,
 VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS
 SYSTEMS, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO
 CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH
 TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED
 FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION, A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT
 OF THE PROPORTION OF THE PERMIT FEE ATTRIBUTED TO PLANS

 1-SHEET S2.01:
 LIVE AND DEAD LOADS SPECIFIED UNDER THE DESIGN CRITERIA
 AND STRUCTURAL NOTES ARE NOT CLEAR. CLEARLY SPECIFY THE
 TOP CHORD LIVE LOADS, TOP CHORD DEAD LEADS AND BOTTOM
 CHORD LIVE LOADS, DEAD LOADS. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND TABLE R301.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 ARCHITECT SPECIFIED TRUSS TOP CHORD-DEAD LOAD=0 PSF.
 THIS IS INCORRECT. THERE IS ALWAYS A DEAD LOAD TO BE
 CONSIDERED. REVISE AS REQUIRED AND TAKE INTO
 CONSIDERATION THERE IS ROOF TILE ON THIS PROJECT.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 2-REVISE ROOF ZONE UPLIFT DIAGRAM TO REFLECT ALL ROOF
 ZONES CHANGES DONE FOR 2020 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEE FIGURE
 R301.2(7) FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 NOTE: CLARIFY IF THE SPECIFIED DESIGN PRESSURES ARE
 ULTIMATE DESIGN PRESSURES OR NOMINAL.
  
 RESPONSE:
 DESIGN PRESSURES SPECIFIED BY THE ARCHITECT FOR ZONES
 2E AND 2R ARE LOWER THAN THOSE FOR ZONE 3 FOR HIP
 ROOFS. ACCORDING TO FIGURE R301.2(7) FBC-RESIDENTIAL
 AND TABLE R301.2(2)FBC-RESIDENTIAL ZONES 2E, 2R AND 3
 HAVE THE SAME DESIGN PRESSURES. REVISE THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN UNDER THE ROOF DIAGRAM.
 NOTE: SIMILAR COMMENT APPLIES TO DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN
 ON GABLE ROOF.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 FOR
 (NOTE: THIS MAY BE SUBMITTED LATER AS A DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL. PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION PRIOR TO
 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS):
  
 A)ROOF TILE ADHESIVE SPECIFIED BY THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD.
  
 B)OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SIZE SPECIFIED ON DOOR SCHEDULE.
 (18' X 9'). AND, NEED DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES SHOWN ON REVISED SHEET S1.01.
  
 C)SWING GARAGE DOOR SIZE SPECIFIED ON DOOR SCHEDULE
 (3'X 9'). AND, NEED DOOR THAT MEETS THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES CALCULATED BY THE ARCHITECT OF RECORD.
  
 4-DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ABOVE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. NOTE: NEED
 TO REVISE PRODUCT APPROVALS LETTER.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
