 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL, THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT EXPOSURE "C".
 ENGINEER OF RECORD NEEDS TO REVISE THE BUILDING
 EXPOSURE AND ALL DESIGN PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
 NOTE: PRODUCT APPROVALS WILL BE AUDITED ONCE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE REVISED.
  
 2- BASED ON THE SOIL REPORT SUBMITTED THERE ARE HEAVY
 ORGANICS/MUCK THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING PAD AREA. THE
 SOIL REPORT RECOMMENDATION IS TO DEMUCK THE BUILDING
 PAD AREA. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO DEMUCK THE
 BUILDING PAD AREA. CONTRACTOR TO SUBMIT PERMIT
 APPLICATION WITH COMPLETE ENGINEER'S DEMUCKING
 SPECIFICATIONS UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. SEC. 105.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: BUILDING PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED WHEN THE DEMUCKING
 WORK IS COMPLETED AND APPROVED.
  
 3- SHEET 4-4: ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATIONS IS NOT
 CLEAR. NOTE LOCATED BELOW THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURE ZONES CHART DOESN'T MATCH THE ROOF SHEATHING
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURE ZONES CHART. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. SEC.
