| AND WHICH NUMBERED PARKING SPACES WILL BE USED FOR THE |
| CHARGING SPACES. THE ELECTRIC SITE PLANS DO NOT MATCH |
| THE SURVEY. THE ELECTRIC PLANS LIST THE LOCATION OF THE |
| CHARGING STATION NEXT TO BUILDING 12 YET BUILDING 12 |
| DOES NOT HAVE THE POOL OR MAINTENANCE BUILDING NEXT TO |
| IT. ACCURATE INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED. |

| OF THE CHARGER AT THE HEAD OF THE SPACES, TO INCLUDE |

| DOES NOT RENDER EITHER OF THE PARKING SPACES |

| C. BASED ON THE INFORMATION ON THE CHARGING STATION |
| USERS, THE MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A |
| PARKING TABLE FOR THE OVERALL SITE. THE PARKING TABLE |
| NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED RESIDENT AND |
| GUEST SPACES MEETING CITY CODE AS WELL AS THE NUMBER OF |
| RESIDENT AND GUEST SPACES PROVIDED. THE PARKING SPACES |
| THAT ARE USED FOR THE CHARGING STATION MAY NOT BE |
| REQUIRED AND ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES FOR RESIDENTS OR |
| GUESTS, WHICH ONCE ASSIGNED AS CHARGING STATION SPACES |
| WOULD RESULT IN A PARKING DEFICIENCY. |
| UPDATE: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE SURVEY WHICH |
| ENUMERATES THE TOTAL PARKING SPACES ON THE SITE. NO |
| TABLE WAS PROVIDED LISTING HOW MANY UNITS ARE IN THE |
| DEVELOPMENT WITH THE CORRESPONDING NUMBER OF REQUIRED |
| RESIDENT AND GUEST PARKING SPACES AND HOW MANY RESIDENT |
