 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE PROPERTY IS ZONED RESIDENTIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT, SO THE ADDITION OF THE ELECTRIC
 VEHICLE CHARGER MODIFIES THE APPROVED SITE PLAN AND A
 MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT THE
 PLANNING DIVISION FOR DETAILS.
  
 A. THE MINOR AMENDMENT WILL REQUIRE A SITE PLAN SHOWING
 THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED VEHICLE CHARGING STATION.
 B. A BLOW UP WILL BE REQUIRED OF THE SPECIFIC PLACEMENT
 OF THE CHARGER AT THE HEAD OF THE SPACES, TO INCLUDE
 SCALED DIMENSIONS. STAFF NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO VERIFY
 THAT THE PLACEMENT OF THE PROPOSED CHARGING STATION
 DOES NOT RENDER EITHER OF THE PARKING SPACES
 NON-COMPLIANT FOR SIZE, OR IMPEDE THE SIDEWALK. THE
 PHOTO AND SHEET E1.0 LAYOUT DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE
 DETAIL.
 C. BASED ON THE INFORMATION ON THE CHARGING STATION
 USERS, THE MINOR AMENDMENT IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A
 PARKING TABLE FOR THE OVERALL SITE. THE PARKING TABLE
 NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED RESIDENT AND
 GUEST SPACES MEETING CITY CODE AS WELL AS THE NUMBER OF
 RESIDENT AND GUEST SPACES PROVIDED. THE PARKING SPACES
 THAT ARE USED FOR THE CHARGING STATION MAY NOT BE
 REQUIRED AND ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES FOR RESIDENTS OR
 GUESTS, WHICH ONCE ASSIGNED AS CHARGING STATION SPACES
 WOULD RESULT IN A PARKING DEFICIENCY.
