 PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
  
 1.) RETAKE PICTURE OF REAR FACADE (STRAIGHT ON; NOT
 ANGLED) AND LABEL FACADE DIRECTION (I.E. REAR
 FACADE/SOUTH BUILDING FACADE??).
  
 2.) TRANSPOSE THE PROPOSED SIGN IMAGE ONTO THE FACADE
 PHOTOGRAPH.
  
 3.) IN THE PHOTO WITH THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE, PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE BUILDING FACADE (HEIGHT AND LENGTH IN
 FEET). BUILDING HEIGHT X BUILDING LENGTH = BUILDING
 FACADE SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 4.) IN THE PHOTO WITH THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE, PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED SIGN AREA. THE SIGN AREA IS
 THE SMALLEST BOX AROUND THE ENTIRE IMAGE. SIGN LENGTH X
 SIGN WIDTH = SIGN AREA SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 5.) USE THE BUILDING FACADE SIGN AREA TABLE TO
 DETERMINE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA BASED ON THE
 ACTUAL BUILDING FA?ADE SQUARE FOOTAGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 THE PROPOSED SIGN AREA PERMITTED IN THE GC ZONING
 DISTRICT THAT IS NOT THE FRONT FACADE (IN THIS CASE IT
 IS THE REAR FA?ADE) IS ONLY PERMITTED 50% OF THE SIGN
 AREA IN THE BUILDING FACADE SIGN AREA TABLE (I.E.
 BUILDING FACADE THAT IS 1,000 SQ. FT. WOULD BE
 PERMITTED A MAXIMUM SIGN AREA OF 56.5 SQ. FT. ON THE
 FACADE OTHER THAN THE FRONT FACADE) .THE SIGN AREA
 TABLE CAN BE FOUND HERE:
