 (MCNAMARA-SALVIA) WHO IS THIS GIVING THIS APPROVAL?
 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1B) BUILDING PERMIT 18090469 SHEETS, AE3.13 DETAIL 3
 AND SHEET AE5.37 DETAIL 3 BOTH SHOW THE USE OF A
 PRE-CAST CONCRETE CORNICE BUT TO DATE THERE HAS NOT
 BEEN A REVISION TO THE BASE PLAN SHOWING A CHANGE TO
 THE CORNICE TO A METAL CLAD SYSTEM. THE SHOP DRAWING
 TRACKING SHEET NO. 000387 FOR THE CONTRACTOR AND LEO A
 DALY, NEITHER HAS SIGNED THE SHEET AND THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD HAS NOT REVIEWED THE SHOP DRAWING APPROVING THE
 CHANGE FROM STONE TO A METAL CORNICE. ARCHITECTURAL
 SHEETS WILL ALSO NEED TO REFLECT THE CHANGE OF
 CONSTRUCTION METHODS.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
