 PERMIT NUMBER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED AND PAID FOR OR THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANNERS GIVE THE OKAY THAT IT COMPLIES.
 2. REVISE W9 TO HAVE OPTIONAL TEXTURED GLASS SUCH AS
 RAIN DROP TEXTURED GLASS. FROSTED GLASS IS NOT AN
 OPTION.
 3. ALL CGI WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL USE AN EXTERNAL
 DIMENSIONAL MUNTIN PROFILE. FOR CGI PRODUCTS THIS IS
 THE SEMI-CONTOURED PROFILE.
 4. INDICATE COLOR OF S-TILE. TILE SHALL HAVE AN EARTH
 TONE COLOR.
 5. PROVIDE A MUNTIN DETAIL FOR THE FRONT DOOR AND FIXED
 WINDOW. THIS NEEDS TO MATCH THE CGI MUNTIN PROFILE.
 6. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR FENCE/WALL, AWNINGS,
 GENERATOR, MECHANICAL/AC/POOL EQUIPMENT, IRRIGATION,
 LANDSCAPING. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
  
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONFIRM THAT
 THE PROPOSED PRODUCT(S) WILL COMPLY WITH THESE
 CONDITIONS.
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS UNLESS AS OTHERWISE INDICATED BY A MODIFICATION
 OF THE WINDOW FRAME. WINDOW CASING SHALL NOT EXCEED
 BEYOND THE EXTERIOR WOOD FRAMING.
 2. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
