 PLACEMENT. ALL NEW LIGHT POLE FIXTURES NEED TO BE
 LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PROPERTY.]
  
 2.) A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED
 LIGHT POLE FIXTURES ON THE PROPERTY IS REQUIRED. THE
 SITE PLAN MUST SHOW THE SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINES. ALL NEW LIGHT POLE FIXTURES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE BROADWAY
 MIXED USE DISTRICT (BMUD) - TYPE II ZONING DISTRICT.
