 DESIGN DATA (FOUNDATION, FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS, ROOF
 PLANS, STRUCTURAL DETAILS, WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULES,
 MECHANICAL PLANS, ELECTRICAL PLANS AND PLUMBING PLANS.
 IN ADDITION TO THE PLANS YOU WILL NEED TO SUBMIT
 PRODUCT APPROVALS, TRUSS LAYOUT AND TRUSS DRAWINGS,
 ENERGY CALCULATIONS, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZING
 CALCULATIONS, AND DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION, A
 GEOTECHNICAL SOILS REPORT AND A PRECONSTRUCTION
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE MAY BE REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS PROVIDED IN THE CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 107.

 BUILDING PLANS - FOUNDATION, WALLS, ROOF FRAMING,
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, LOW VOLTAGE, PLUMBING, GAS,
 PRODUCT APPROVALS (ROOFING, WINDOWS, DOORS, SIDING,
 LINTELS)
 DESIGNER SHALL PRINT NAME AND SIGN PLANS
 FBC 107.2.1 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5) AND F.S. 481.229.

 NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN ALL-INCLUSIVE CHECKLIST. THERE MAY
 BE OTHER ENTITIES REQUIRING REVIEW AND APPROVAL.

 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS.
  
 1A. THE STATED VALUE APPEARS LOW FOR THE PROPOSED SCOPE
 OF WORK.
 1B. THE PERMIT VALUATION AND PERMIT FEE MUST BE
 COMMENSURATE WITH THE VALUATION AND FEE THAT A LICENSED
 CONTRACTOR WOULD PROVIDE. THIS INCLUDES ALL LABOR,
 MATERIALS AND RENTALS OF EQUIPMENT TO PERFORM THE SCOPE
 OF WORK.
 1C. YOU MAY PROVIDE A LIST OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND
 EQUIPMENT RENTAL TO VERIFY VALUE.
 FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL
  
 3. SIGNATURES
  
 THE OWNER/BUILDER, CONTRACTOR OR DESIGNER OF RECORD
 SHALL PROVIDE THEIR PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE ON PLAN
 SHEETS UNDER THEIR AUTHORITY.
 2017 WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 107.2.1.
  
 FBC 107.2.1 ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS
 AND ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE
 OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5), CHPT. 471, F.S. & 61G15 AND CHPT.
 481, F.S. & 61G1.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
