 - REQUIRES CLARIFICATION ON THE SOUTHERN CURB-CUT ALONG
 8TH STREET, IS THIS BEING REMOVED? THE PROPOSED
 ADA/HANDICAPPED WALKWAY AND PARKING SPACE IS IN
 CONFLICT WITH THIS DRIVE ACCESS AND CURB CUT. ADA
 PARKING SPACE ALSO REQUIRES 5-FOOT LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG 8TH AND WESTERN EDGE OF PROPERTY.
  
 - SIZE AND LOCATION OF SPACES FOR THE DISABLED. PARKING
 SPACES FOR THE DISABLED SHALL BE DESIGNED AS REQUIRED
 BY THE FOLLOWING: ALL SPACES SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO A
 CURB RAMP OR CURB CUT, WHEN NECESSARY, TO ALLOW
 ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING SERVED. SPACES SHALL BE
 LOCATED SO THAT USERS ARE NOT COMPELLED TO WALK OR
 OTHERWISE MOVE BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES, EXCLUDING OTHER
 VEHICLES PARKED IN ADJACENT PARKING SPACES FOR THE
 DISABLED. DIAGONAL OR PERPENDICULAR PARKING SPACES
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 12 FEET WIDE AND 18 FEET LONG.
 EACH DISABLED PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROMINENTLY
 OUTLINED WITH PAINT AND POSTED WITH A PERMANENT SIGN OF
 COLOR AND DESIGN APPROVED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF
 TRANSPORTATION. THE SIGN SHALL CONTAIN THE
 INTERNATIONALLY ACCEPTED WHEELCHAIR SYMBOL AND THE
 CAPTION "PARKING BY DISABLED PERMIT ONLY."
  
 - 5-FOOT LANDCAPE BUFFER REQUIRED ALONG THE PROPOSED
 WESTERN EMPLOYEE PARKING SPACES. SCREENING PARKING FROM
 NEIGHBORING RESIDENTIAL USES WITH 36 INCH HEDGES AND
 SHADE TREES PLANTED AT 30 FT INTERVALS.
  
 - NORTHERN PORTION OF PROPERTY ADJACENT TO ALLEYWAY
 REQUIRES ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE SCREENING, PLEASE INCLUDE
 ADDITIONAL SHADE TREE AT NORTHEASTERN CORNER OF
 PROPERTY (ALLEY AND TAMARIND).
