 CORRECTIONS NEEDED - FBC WPB AMENDMENTS 107
 1) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF SLOPE TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 1507.10.1 SLOPE.
 BUILT-UP ROOFS SHALL HAVE A DESIGN SLOPE OF NOT LESS
 THAN ONE-FOURTH UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS HORIZONTAL
 (2-PERCENT SLOPE) FOR DRAINAGE, EXCEPT FOR COAL-TAR
 BUILT-UP ROOFS THAT SHALL HAVE A DESIGN SLOPE OF NOT
 LESS THAN ONE-EIGHTH UNIT VERTICAL IN 12 UNITS
 HORIZONTAL (1-PERCENT SLOPE).
  
 2) DOORS MARKED (E) = A 32" DOOR DOES NOT PROVIDE THE
 CORRECT OPENING WIDTH FBC ACCESSIBILITY 404.2.3 CLEAR
 WIDTH.
 DOOR OPENINGS SHALL PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES
 (815 MM) MINIMUM. CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH
 SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF
 THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES.
 FBC ACCESSIBILITY 203.9 EMPLOYEE WORK AREAS.
 SPACES AND ELEMENTS WITHIN EMPLOYEE WORK AREAS SHALL
 ONLY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 206.2.8, 207.1, AND
 215.3 AND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED SO THAT
 INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES CAN APPROACH, ENTER, AND
 EXIT THE EMPLOYEE WORK AREA.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS
 AND ROOFING SYSTEMS.
  
 4) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER OF RECORD OR BE
 LISTED BY PERMIT NUMBER ON THE DRAWINGS.
  
 5) PLEASE SHOW THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA USED (WIND
 SPEED, RISK CATEGORY, EXPOSURE ETC.) PER FBC 1603.1.4
  
 6) PLEASE SHOW ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND ACCESS AISLE
 DIMENSIONS TO COMPLY WITH FBC ACCESSIBILITY 502
  
 7) PLEASE SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM DETAILS PER FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY CHAPTER 6 - SHOW GRAB BAR HEIGHTS,
 LENGTHS AND LOCATIONS, SHOW MIRROR HEIGHT TO THE
 REFLECTING SURFACE, SHOW PAPER DISPENSER HEIGHTS AND
 DISTANCE FROM WATER CLOSETS ETC..
  
 8) JOB COST NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON THE REVISED BUILDING
