 1) PLEASE SHOW THE ROOF SLOPE TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 1507.10.1
 2) CANNOT SET ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT ON EMBEDDED 4X4'S -
 PLEASE SHOW MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF TO COMPLY
 WITH FBC 1510.10 MECHANICAL UNITS.
 ROOF MOUNTED MECHANICAL UNITS SHALL BE MOUNTED ON CURBS
 RAISED A MINIMUM OF 8 INCHES (203 MM) ABOVE THE ROOF
 SURFACE, OR WHERE ROOFING MATERIALS EXTEND BENEATH THE
 UNIT, ON RAISED EQUIPMENT SUPPORTS PROVIDING A MINIMUM
 CLEARANCE HEIGHT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE 1510.10.
 3) ADDING R30 BAT INSULATION IN 2X10 JOIST WILL NOT
 ALLOW FOR THE REQUIRED AIR GAP SEE FBC 1203.2
 VENTILATION REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 FRAMING MEMBERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH
 SEPARATE SPACE BY VENTILATION OPENINGS PROTECTED
 AGAINST THE ENTRANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW. BLOCKING AND
 BRIDGING SHALL BE ARRANGED SO AS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH
 THE MOVEMENT OF AIR. AN AIRSPACE OF NOT LESS THAN 1
 INCH (25 MM) SHALL BE PROVIDED BETWEEN THE INSULATION
 AND THE ROOF SHEATHING.
 4) SOFFIT SCREEN VENT FOR ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES SHOULD
 BE CONTINUOUS TO COMPLY WITH FBC 1203.2 VENTILATION
 REQUIRED.

 6) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS
 AND ROOFING SYSTEMS.
 7) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MARKED
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER OF RECORD OR BE
 LISTED BY PERMIT NUMBER ON THE DRAWINGS.
 8) PLEASE SHOW THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA USED PER FBC
 1603.1.4
 9) PLEASE SHOW THE STRAPPING FOR THE 2X10 JOIST TO THE
 2X8 BEAMS FBC 1604.8.1
 10) PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE ON THE DRAWINGS THAT THE PARKING
 AREA WILL BE ON A SEPARATE PERMIT. WILL NEED TO SHOW
 ACCESSIBLE PARKING AND ACCESS AISLE TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 CHAPTER 5.
 11) PLEASE SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM DETAILS PER FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY CHAPTER 6 - SHOW GRAB BAR HEIGHTS,
 LENGTHS AND LOCATIONS, SHOW MIRROR HEIGHT TO THE
 REFLECTING SURFACE, SHOW PAPER DISPENSER HEIGHTS AND
 DISTANCE FROM WATER CLOSETS ETC..
 12) JOB COST SHOWN ON THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
 APPEARS TO BE LOW - PLEASE REVISE THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION SHOWING THE CORRECT JOB VALUE - FBC WPB
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION
 OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW
 DETAILED, QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL
 BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING
