 UPDATE PLANS UNDER THE 2020 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 7TH
 EDITION THIS BUILDING IS CONSIDERED A HIGHRISE AND

 2) DEMOLITION PLAN. THE FLOOR PLAN INDICATES STRUCTURAL

 REPAIR WITH TRIANON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION. PLEASE
 NOTE THIS WORK WOULD BE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT, REVIEW
 WITH ASSOCIATED FEES. THIS BUILDING IS A THRESHOLD
 BUILDING AND REQUIRE THRESHOLD DOCUMENTS/ FORMS
 SUBMITTED WITH CONCRETE REPAIR PERMIT.
  
 3) SHEET DOORS & FINISH SCHEDULES. THE FINISH SCHEDULE
 FOR THE FLOORS INDICATES WOOD FLOORING WHEREAS THE
 FLOOR INSULATION SUBMITTED WHISPER MAT CS IS FOR
 PORCELAIN TILE NOT WOOD. FLOOR INSULATION (FBC-B 2020)
 FOR TILE, STONE, MARBLE, VINYL AND WOOD FLOORING ALL
 NEED TO HAVE HAD THE SOUND UNDERLAYMENT TESTED FLOOR
 ASSEMBLIES TO THE FOLLOWING STANDARDS AND MEET THE
 QUALIFICATIONS LISTED UNDER EACH OF THE STANDARDS FOR A
 6 INCH CONCRETE FLOOR ASSEMBLY/ NO DROPPED CEILING:
 PLEASE PROVIDE ALL THREE TEST REPORTS FOR TYPE I AND OR
 TYPE II BUILDINGS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 3A) FBC-B 2020 1207.3 STRUCTURE-BORNE SOUND.
 FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING UNITS OR
 BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR SERVICE AREA
 WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT INSULATION
 CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD
 TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E-492.
  
 3B) FBC-B 2020 1207.2 AIR-BORNE SOUND. WALLS,
 PARTITIONS AND FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES SEPARATING
 DWELLING UNITS FROM EACH OTHER OR FROM PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREAS SHALL HAVE A SOUND TRANSMISSION CLASS
 (STC) OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45 IF FIELD TESTED) FOR
 AIR-BORNE NOISE WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E
 90.
  
 3C) FLAME SPREAD- FBC-B 2020 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
  
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
