 ENGINE GENERATOR ASSEMBLIES SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS

 4) NOT RESOLVED. SHOW THAT THE GENERATOR EXHAUST IS AT
 LEAST 10 FEET FROM ANY OPENINGS INTO A BUILDING.
 FBC-R303.5.1 INTAKE OPENINGS. MECHANICAL AND GRAVITY
 OUTDOOR AIR INTAKE OPENINGS SHALL BE LOCATED NOT LESS
 THAN 10 FEET (3048 MM) FROM ANY HAZARDOUS OR NOXIOUS
 CONTAMINANT, SUCH AS VENTS, CHIMNEYS, PLUMBING VENTS,
 STREETS, ALLEYS, PARKING LOTS AND LOADING DOCKS.

 WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY
 INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
 VALUATION SHALL BE SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
