2021-05-04 10:01:32THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
  
 1. WINDOWS #4 AND #5 PER THE WINDOW AND FENESTRATION
 POLICY ARE TO BE RETAINED AS ORIGINAL OR SIGNIFICANT
 WOOD WINDOWS. TO REPLACE THESE WINDOWS, DOCUMENTATION
 FROM AT LEAST TWO EXPERIENCED WINDOW RESTORATION
 COMPANIES AND/OR INDIVIDUALS WILL BE REQUIRED.
 2. WINDOWS #6, #7, AND #8 HAVE A MULLION THAT EXTENDS
 BEYOND THE CURRENT FACE OF THE WINDOWS AND MAY HAVE A
 GREATER WIDTH THAN 1-INCH. VERIFY THE WIDTH OF EXISTING
 MULLION AND ENSURE THAT NEW MULLION MATCHES THE
 EXISTING MULLION?S WIDTH AND PLACEMENT. PRESSURED
 TREATED WOOD CAN BE APPLIED TO THE FRONT FACE OF THE
 MULLION IF REQUIRED.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
