| LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED |
| SIGN AREA. WHILE THE PLANS SHOW SUFFICIENT DIMENSION TO |
| MEET THE REQUIREMENT, IT IS NOT CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED ON |
| THE PLANS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE REQUIREMENT IS |
| MET. |

| 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE |
| NON-INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED FASCIA SIGNS CONSISTING OF |
| INDIVIDUAL LETTERS BE AT LEAST ONE-HALF INCH THICK. THE |
| PROPOSED THICKNESS DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. |
