 1) THIS IS A SECOND FASCIA SIGN FOR THE STOREFRONT
 WHICH THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN ONLY PERMIT ON A
 CASE BY CASE BASIS. SIGNS PERMITTED ON A CASE BY CASE
 BASIS REQUIRE A WAIVER I APPROVAL LETTER FROM CITYPLACE
 RETAIL, LLC.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THIS FASCIA SIGN IS NOT IN
 THE STOREFRONT TYPE 2 FASCIA SIGN LOCATION. ALTERNATIVE
 HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL PLACEMENTS OF FASCIA SIGNS ARE
 PERMITTED IF GRANTED A WAIVER I APPROVAL LETTER FROM
 CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS LOCATION
 REQUIRES A WAIVER FOR BOTH THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL
 PLACEMENT.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. THE PLANS SHOW ALUMINUM STUDS, WHICH ARE NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. WHILE THE PLANS SHOW SUFFICIENT DIMENSION TO
 MEET THE REQUIREMENT, IT IS NOT CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED ON
 THE PLANS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE REQUIREMENT IS
 MET.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 NON-INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED FASCIA SIGNS CONSISTING OF
 INDIVIDUAL LETTERS BE AT LEAST ONE-HALF INCH THICK. THE
 PROPOSED THICKNESS DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 6) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT PEG MOUNTED, NON-INTERNALLY ILLUMINATED,
 INDIVIDUAL LETTERS FOR FASCIA SIGNS BE MOUNTED A
 MINIMUM OF ONE (1) INCH FROM THE WALL. PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE REQUIREMENT IS MET.
  
 PERMITTED AREA: 70 SF
 PERMIT 21030800 AREA: 14.1 SF
 PROPOSED AREA: 4 SF
 TOTAL AREA: 18.1 SF
