 THE BOUNDARY OF THE CPD, WHICH IS ALONG THE AUSTRALIAN
 AVENUE PROPERTY LINE. IN ONE AREA YOU CITE NFPA, BUT
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE SPECIFIC CODE PROVISION YOU?RE USING
 AS JUSTIFICATION FOR YOUR DESIGN. ADDITIONALLY, YOUR
 PLANS SPEAK OF A SCREEN WALL ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY?I
 AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS WALL?AND IF IT DOESN?T EXIST
 TODAY, I HAVEN?T SEEN ANY PERMITS (AND MORE IMPORTANTLY
 PERMISSION FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER) FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF SUCH WALL. THE CODES ARE IN PLACE TO
 MINIMIZE THE IMPACT OF YOUR LIGHTING ON ADJACENT
 PROPERTIES (I.E. SPILLOVER) AS THEY SHOULD NOT BE
 INCONVENIENCED OR IMPACTED BY WHAT IS HAPPENING ON YOUR
