| PYRAMID PROFILE. THE WINDOWS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A |
| PYRAMID PROFILE. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT AN EXTERNAL |
| DIMENSIONAL PYRAMID PROFILE IS AVAILABLE FOR THE CGI |
| FIXED(PICTURE) AND CASEMENT WINDOWS. |
| 4. STAFF CAN ONLY APPROVE ANODIZED (PREFERRED) OR WHITE |
| FRAMES. BLACK OR BRONZE WILL REQUIRE HISTORIC |
| PRESERVATION BOARD APPROVAL. A CERTIFICATE OF |
| APPROPRIATENESS (COA) APPLICATION WILL BE REQUIRED AND |
| SUBMITTED TO BE HEARD BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION |

| ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND |
| MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL |
| WINDOWS. |
| 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED |
| WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT. |
| 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR. |
| ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR |
| WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS |
