 GOOD MORNING TO ALL. MR. GOMEZ, I AM WORKING ON THE
 REVISION OF THE GARAGE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR MR.
 AND MRS. FARINO THIS MORNING. I WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR A
 HELP WHILE THE NEW PHOTO IS PENDING.
 I HAVE REVISED THE VENTING INFORMATION IN SECTION A8 A
 & C. AS THIS IS NOT FINALIZED, MAY I ASK FOR YOUR
 REVIEW TO ENSURE WE ARE ON FIRM GROUND TO MOVE FORWARD?
 IF SO, WE WILL ADD THE UPDATED PHOTOGRAPH PROVIDED BY
 MR. AND MRS. FARINO SHOWING THE 6TH VENT ADDED. WILL
 THIS BE SUFFICIENT FOR THEIR SUBMITTAL? WE REALLY WANT
 TO HELP GET THEIR PROJECT COMPLETED FOR THEM. THANK YOU

 THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE YOU SENT ME DOESN'T PROVIDE
 ANY INFORMATION IN SECTION A8.
 RIGHT NOW, WE NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEW FLOOD VENT IS
 INSTALLED. COORDINATED WITH MRS. FARINO. SHE ALSO HAS A
 COPY OF THE REVISED GARAGE SHOWING THE CORRECT GARAGE
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AND NUMBER OF REQUIRED FLOOD VENTS.
 ATTACHED PLEASE FIND A COPY OF THE FLOOD VENT PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SO YOU CAN FIND THE NET AREA OF EACH VENT.
 ALSO, I HAVE ATTACHED AC COPY OF THE FEMA ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS. THE INSTRUCTIONS WILL HELP
 YOU TO SEE WHAT INFORMATION NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND
 HOW. THIS IS MY PERSONAL HIGHLIGHTED COPY (DISREGARD MY
 HIGHLIGHTING AND NOTES).
  
 IN ADDITION, I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THAT WE NEED AN
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE MAIN HOUSE AND ANOTHER
 ONE FOR THE GARAGE.
