 ON 02/24/21. SURVEYOR USED OLD FORM WITH EXPIRATION
 DATE NOVEMBER 30, 2018. SURVEYOR NEEDS TO USE THE
 UPDATED ELEVATION CERTIFICATE FORM WITH EXPIRATION DATE
 NOVEMBER 30, 2022). COMPLETE REVISED FORM AND RESUBMIT.
 SEE FEMA 2019 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND INSTRUCTIONS
 2019 EDITION.
  
 2- SURVEYOR COMPLETED SECTION C2 A TRHU H USING NGVD
 1929.
 SECTION C2 A TRHU H MUST USE THE SAME DATUM ON WHICH
 THE BFE IS BASED IN ITEM B9. SURVEYOR TO REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. ALSO, PROVIDE SURVEY SHOWING ALL THE
 ELEVATIONS AS REQUIRED BY CITY PROCEDURES TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE.

 ORIGINAL ADDITION PERMIT APPLICATION WAS REVIEWED UNDER
 PERMIT #16061174. PLAN REVIEW WAS DONE BASED ON NGVD
 1929 VERTICAL DATUM.
 PLEASE PROVIDE CONVERSION CALCULATIONS FROM NAVD 1988
 TO NGVD 1929 VERTICAL DATUM IN THE COMMENTS SECTION D.
  
 3- SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ATTACHED GARAGE DOESN'T MATCH
 PLANS. REVISE AS REQUIRED. ALSO, SURVEY SUBMITTED
 DOESN'T SHOW AN ATTACHED GARAGE.
 PROVIDE UPDATED SURVEY.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE:
 IT LOOKS LIKE THE GARAGE MAY NOT BE CONSIDERED AS AN
 ATTACHED GARAGE. THE GARAGE IS CONNECTED TO THE MAIN
 HOUSE BY A BREEZEWAY. IT DOESN'T SEEM TO BE
 STRUCTURALLY CONNECTED TO THE MAIN HOUSE. GARAGE MAY
 REQUIRE A SEPARATE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. THIS WILL BE
 DISCUSSED WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4- PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED DON'T PROVIDE ANY DATE WHEN
 THEY WERE TAKEN. PHOTOS NEED TO BE TAKEN WITHIN 90 DAYS
 FROM DATE OF CERTIFICATION. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 SEE FEMA 2019 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND INSTRUCTIONS
 2019 EDITION.
  
 5- ITEM A9. B) AND A9. D) SPECIFY NO FLOOD OPENINGS.
 ACCORDING TO SHEET A-2 OF REVISION #18040410 THERE ARE
 4 ENGINEERED FLOOD VENTS INSTALLED IN THE GARAGE. THIS
 WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER/CONTRACTOR
 BECAUSE THE GARAGE IS BELOW THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION.
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE MAY NEED TO BE REVISED BASED ON
 THE REVISED PLANS.
  
 6- SURVEYOR INDICATES THAT THE LOWEST ELEVATION OF
 MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT IS 6.77 (NGVD 1929). THE A/C
 EQUIPMENT ELEVATION DOESN'T COMPLY WITH THE CITY
 REQUIREMENTS. EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE RAISED AND REVISED
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
