 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 INDICATES NEW FLOORS & OFFICE SPACES. SHEET S1 STATES
 THAT THE WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT IS THE 1ST FLOOR
 FRAMING REPLACEMENT PLAN. THE DETAILS 1, 2 & 3 ON SHEET
 S1APPEAR TO BE CREATING A SECOND-FLOOR SYSTEM SINCE
 THERE IS A DETAIL STATING 4-INCH CONCRETE SLAB ON
 COMPACTED SOILS. THE PLAN DOES NOT STATE IF THIS IS AN
 EXISTING SLAB OR IF THIS IS ALSO TO BE CONSIDERED NEW
 WORK. BETWEEN THE SLAB ON GRADE AND THE PROPOSED NEW
 FLOOR SLAB IS THIS AREA CONSIDERED A CRAW SPACE, WHAT
 IS THE VERTICAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CONCRETE SLAB
 FINISHES. DISCREPANCY AND OR NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION
 PROVIDED. 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS

 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES " THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
