 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 DIGITALLY SUBMITTED PLANS.

 AFFIX HIS OR HER OFFICIAL TO SAID DRAWINGS,
 SPECIFICATIONS AND ACCOMPANYING DATA, AS REQUIRED BY

 1B) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THE ADDRESS
 GIVEN ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS PROJECT
 IS WITHIN A COMMERCIAL BUILDING BUT WITHIN THE
 TITLEBLOCK OF THE PLANS IT STATES THE PROJECT IS A
 RESIDENTIAL REMODEL.
  
 1C) GENERAL NOTE # 1 STATES THAT THE PLANS ARE LEVEL 2
 ALTERATION PER F. B. C. R. IF THIS STANDS FOR THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE RESIDENTIAL, PLEASE CORRECT TO
 THE 2020 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE- BUILDING CODE.
  
 1D) GENERAL NOTE # 2 STATES ALL WORK TO COMPLY WITH THE
 CITY OF PALM BEACH. PLEASE UPDATE THE CITY TO THE CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH. WRONG TOWN. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 1E) GENERAL NOTE # 4 STATES THE SQUARE FOOT AREA OF THE
 TENANT SPACE IS 750 SQ. FT. AND THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 FACTOR OF 100 SQ. FT. PER PERSON OR 8 OCCUPANTS, YOU
 ALWAYS ROUND UP TO THE NEXT WHOLE OCCUPANT. PLEASE BE
 AWARE OF THE CODE CHANGE IN THE 2020 FBC-B TABLE
 1004.1.2 THAT FOR THE BUSINESS OCCUPANCY THE OCCUPANT
 LOAD FACTOR WAS INCREASED TO 150 SQ. FT. PER PERSON,
 750/ 150= 5.
  
 1F) GENERAL NOTE # 6 STATES THE CONSTRUCTION TYPE IS
 II-B ONE STORY FULLY FIRE SPRINKLERED. THE SUBMITTED
 FLOOR PLAN INDICATES THE USE OF 2X4 WOOD PARTITIONS FOR
 ALL OF THE NEW NON-BEARING WALLS. PLEASE REVIEW IN THE
 2020 FBC-B SECTION 603. COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS IN TYPE I
 AND II CONSTRUCTION. SECTION 603.1.1.1.1. FIRE
 RETARDANT TREATED WOOD SHALL BE PERMITTED IN NONBEARING
 PARTITIONS WHERE THE REQUIRED FIRE RESISTANCE RATING IS
 2 HOURS OR LESS.
  
 1G) THIS SAME NOTE INDICATES THE USE OF 2X4 WOOD
 PARTITIONS FOR ALL OF THE NEW NON-BEARING WALLS
 P107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. GYPSUM
 PARTITIONS AS SHOWN. THERE IS NO DETAIL, DOES THE WALL
 GO TO THE DROPPED CEILING GRIDWORK OR ALL THE WAY TO
 THE DECK ABOVE. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 1H) THE FLOOR PLAN ALSO STATES THAT ALL NEW DOORS ARE
 TO BE 26X68. PLEASE SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE WITH:
  
 2020 ACCESS. CODE 404.2.3. CLEAR WIDTH & SIZE OF DOORS,
 & 2020 FBC-B 1010.1.1. WHERE THIS SECTION REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32 INCHES. THE MINIMUM SIZE OF A
 SWING DOORS IS MEASURED CLEAR OPENING OF THE DOORWAY
 WITH THE SWINGING DOORS SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE
 FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90
 DEGREES. AT A MINIMUM A 2 FOOT 10 INCH DOOR WOULD BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE PERMIT APPLICATION HAS A DOLLAR VALUE OF
 $2,750.00. THIS AMOUNT IS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY LOW.
  
 2020 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATION SECTION 109.3 BUILDING
 PERMIT VALUATION. IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR
 PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 3) ONCE THE TRUE VALUE OF VALUE OF WORK IS ESTABLISHED
 PLEASE PROVIDE ON EITHER THE DESIGNER OF RECORD OR
 CONTRACTOR LETTERHEAD WHERE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE WILL BE ACHIEVED.
 202.4.1. DISPROPORTIONATE COST. ALTERATIONS MADE TO
 PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREA WILL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL
 ALTERATION WHEN THE COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE
 ALTERATION TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COST THAT MAY
 BE COUNTED AS EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN
 ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COST
 ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUT TO THE ALTERED AREA; (II) COST
 ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS
 INSTALLING GRAB BARS, ENLARGING TOILET STALLS,
 INSULATING PIPES, OR INSTALLING ACCESSIBLE FAUCET
 CONTROLS; (III) COST ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES, SUCH AS RELOCATING THE TELEPHONE
 TO AN ACCESSIBLE HEIGHT, INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION
 DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV)
 COST ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING AN ACCESSIBLE DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
