2021-03-10 16:05:33PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. REVISE FRONT DOOR TO BE ARCHITECTURALLY APPROPRIATE.
 A CRAFTSMAN DOOR WITH 1/4 GLASS WILL COMPLY.
 2. HORIZONTAL ROLLERS ARE INAPPROPRIATE FOR THIS
 STRUCTURE. REVISE TO A SINGLE SINGLE-HUNG OR A PAIRED
 SINGLE-HUNG AS NECESSARY. A PAIRED SINGLE-HUNG SHOULD
 HAVE A 4-INCH WIDE MULLION OR MATCHING THE WIDTH OF A
 WOOD MULLION. AN EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE FOR THE
 ENCLOSED PORCH IDENTIFIED AS W01 AND W02.
 3. ALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT WORK REQUIRES TO FOLLOW THE
 WINDOW PERMIT APPLICATION EXAMPLE. PLEASE EMAIL STAFF
 AT [email protected] TO REQUEST THE EXAMPLE. AT
 MINIMUM, STAFF NEEDS TO KNOW THE EXISTING WINDOWS AND
 THE PROPOSED WINDOWS EXTERIOR FRAME COLOR, GLASS
 GLAZING, LITE PATTERN, MUNTIN PROFILE AND MULLION
 WIDTH. A PHOTO OF EACH ELEVATION WITH EACH WINDOW
 MARKED.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. NO TINT. OBSCURED TEXTURED GLASS
 MAY BE USED ON NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS ONLY.
  
 STAFF RECOMMENDS NOT INSTALLING THE SCREENS TO MINIMIZE
 THE IMPACT OF A HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOW HAVING TWO OR
 MORE PANELS AT A DIFFERENT PLANE.
