| MEETS THIS STANDARD. HOWEVER, BASED ON THE SITE PLAN, |
| IT APPEARS THAT THE 1ST FLOOR FRONTAGE IS APPROXIMATELY |
| 30 FEET, WHICH WOULD ONLY PERMIT A SIGN DIMENSION OF 12 |
| FEET BY RIGHT. THE PROPOSED 14 FOOT 4.5 INCH LONG SIGN |
| EXCEEDS THE 40 PERCENT ALLOWANCE. THE SIGN WIDTH |
| DIMENSION MAY BE INCREASED BY 25 PERCENT WITH THE |
| APPROVAL OF A WAIVER II, WHICH WOULD PERMIT A SIGN UP |
| TO 15 FEET IN LENGTH. A WAIVER II REQUIRES THE |
