 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) EXISTING & PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN:
 1A) GYPSUM BOARD PARTITIONS & CEILINGS. THIS WHOLE
 HEADING REFERS MOSTLY TO R-3 CONSTRUCTION. WITH 2 X4
 STUD WALLS, CEILINGS FASTENED TO BOTTOM CHORD OF WOOD
 TRUSSES. PLEASE REFER TO THE 2020 FBC-B SECTION 603.1.1
 WHERE FIRE RETARDANT TREATED WOOD CAN BE INSTALLED.
  
 1B) DESIGN PARAMETERS REFERS TO ASCE-7-10. THIS WAS THE
 VERSION OF THE ASCE-7 UNDER THE 2017 FBC-B. UNDER THE
 2020 FBC-B THE ASCE 7 VERSION IS ASCE 7-16. PLEASE
 UPDATE CHAPTER 35 OF THE 2020 FBC-B.
  
 1C) THERE ARE DESIGN PARAMETER NOTES THAT DO NOT
 PERTAIN TO THIS PROJECT, TOP CHORD, BOTTOM CHORD LOADS,
 SOIL BEARING CAPACITY, PLEASE REMOVE. 2020 WEST PALM
 BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, CHAPTER
 1, ADMINISTRATION 107.2.1. W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE/2017 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES.
  
 1D) DESIGN PARAMETERS, THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS GIVEN AT
 30 FEET, THEN AGAIN, THE PLANS STATE THE NUMBER OF
 STORIES AS 12 STORIES. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 22 STORY
 HIGHRISE BUILDING. UPDATE PLANS. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 AS THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PLEASE PROVIDE THE TYPE OF
 MATERIALS FOR THE FRAMING MEMBERS OF THE DROPPED
 CEILINGS, SPAN, SIZE OF THE METAL STUDS, WILL THERE BE
 MIDSPAN SUPPORTS AND THICKNESS OF DRYWALL FINISH.
  
 1H)(1) NOTE 18 INDICATES THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW
 GLASS DOOR. PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION. IF THIS DOOR
 IS AN EXTERIOR DOOR PLEASE ALSO PROVIDE THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE DOOR. 2020 FBC-B 1609.1.2 PROTECTION

 2C) FLAME SPREAD- FBC-B 2020 603.1. EXCEPTION 2.
 INSULATION INSTALLED BETWEEN A FINISHED FLOOR AND SOLID
 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200.
  
 FLAME SPREAD INDEX. A COMPARATIVE MEASURE, EXPRESSED AS
 A DIMENSIONLESS NUMBER, DERIVED FROM VISUAL
 MEASUREMENTS OF THE SPREAD OF FLAME VERSUS TIME FOR A
 MATERIAL TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84 OR UL 723.

 CLASSIFICATION AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 804.2
