 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT
 MATCH THE IMPACT RATED ONES SPECIFIED BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD IN THE WINDOW AND DOOR SCHEDULES ON THE
 PLANS. THE ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE ALSO
 DIFFERENT. SUBMIT THE ONES THAT ARE APPROVED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD AND LISTED ON THE PLANS. CIRCLE OR
 HI-LIGHT THE SPECIFIC ITEMS AND DESIGN PRESSURES IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. FBC AMENDMENTS 107.3.4 - PROVIDE TWO
 SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY FAC 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE
 553.842 (5) THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD. PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS INCLUDING
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN PRESSURES
 FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT ROOFING MATERIALS, WINDOW
 (GLASS TYPES), STRUCTURAL MULLIONS AND EXTERIOR DOOR
 TYPES. ONLY ONE SET IS REQUIRED TO BE UPLOADED FOR
 ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) THE SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE PLAN DOES NOT ADEQUATELY
 SHOW THAT THE SURFACE WATER WILL BE CONTAINED ON THE
 LOT AND HAS A 6 INCH FALL AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
 PROVIDE A MORE DETAILED DRAINAGE PLAN.
 FBC-R401.3 DRAINAGE. SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED
 TO A STORM SEWER CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF
 COLLECTION THAT DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE
 GRADED TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION
 WALLS. THE GRADE SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152
 MM) WITHIN THE FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM). EXCEPTION:
 WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER PHYSICAL
 BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL WITHIN 10
 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED
 TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE. IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE BUILDING
 FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2 PERCENT AWAY
