 4 PICTURE WINDOWS AND 1 EXTERIOR DOOR. THE FLOOR PLAN
 ONLY SHOWS 2 OPENINGS. THE WRITTEN WORDS ARE SO SMALL
 WHEN THE PLANS GO TO RECORD RETENTION, THEY MAY NOT BE
 LEGIBLE FOR RECORD RETENTION. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF
 PLANS. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH
 DEPARTMENT POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR THE PLANS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS
 RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH
 THINGS AS MINIMUM SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR
 OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO RECORD MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC
 MEDIA MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS

 OPENING WITH MULLIONS, ACTUALLY 2 OPENINGS, IS THAT
 CORRECT? WHERE IS THE DOOR THAT IS GOING TO BE
 REPLACED. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 NO LOCATION IS GIVEN FOR THE DOOR MAYBE IN ZONE 4 OR 5.
  
 3) THE DESIGN PRESSURE REPORT. THE DESIGN PRESSURE
 REPORT IS NOT DESIGNED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.
 THERE IS NO DESIGNATION AS TO WHERE THE SUBMITTED
 PRESSURES CAME FROM. CONTRACTORS CAN NOT ACT AS
 ENGINEERS, YOU MUST PULL THE DESIGN PRESSURES FROM ASCE
 7-16, THE 2020 FBC-B OR SOME OTHER RECOGNIZED SOURCE.
 ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS THE CONTRACTOR CAN USE THE
 TABLE IN THAT CODE BOOK WITH MULTIPLIERS FOR EXPOSURE
 AND HEIGHT FOR RESIDENTIAL UNITS.
  
 4) THE DESIGN PRESSURE REPORT SUBMITTED LIST THE MEAN
 ROOF HEIGHT AS 15 FEET. GOOGLE MAPS INDICATES THIS
 BUILDING IS A 2 STORY BUILDING. THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT IS
 HIGHER THAN 15 FEET.
  
 5) THE SUBMITTED DESIGN PRESSURE SHEET LIST THE HEIGHT
 OF THE ONE OPENING AS 92 INCHES WHEREAS THE 2ND OPENING
 THE HEIGHT IS LISTED AS 149 INCHES IN HEIGHT. MAYBE A
 TYPO. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY ON THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, TYPE OF GLAZING,
 MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED
 INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1
 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH
 INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM
 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
