 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1A) UNDER THE HEADING APPLICABLE CODES LIST THE FLORIDA
 FAMILY OF CODES AS THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 6TH
 EDITION. PLEASE UPDATE ALL PLANS THAT MAKE REFERENCE TO
 THE 2017 6TH EDITION OF THE FLORIDA FAMILY OF CODES.
 DEC. 31ST/ 2020 FLORIDA ADOPTED STATEWIDE THE 7TH
 EDITION OF THE 2020 FLORIDA FAMILY OF CODES.
  
 1B) UNDER THE HEADING PROJECT INFORMATION THE PLANS
 STATE THE SQUARE FOOT AREA OF 3,348 SQ. FT. OF WORK
 AREA BUT THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO THE OCCUPANT LOAD.
 PLEASE REFER TO THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING TABLE
 1004.1.2.CODE CHANGE FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR IS NOW 150 GROSS NO LONGER 100
 GROSS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING THIS WILL HELP YOU IN THIS CASE.
  
 1C) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-B
 SECTION/ TABLE 1006.2.1 MAXIMUM COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL
 ON THE SHEET A0.01 AND SHOW THE MAXIMUM COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL FROM THE FURTHEST POINT (BREAK ROOM AREA) IN THE
 NEWLY FORMED TENANT SPACE ON THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET.
  
 2) SHEET A1.12 SHOWS THE FRONT ENTRY PAIR OF DOORS AS
 OUTSWING DOORS IDENTIFIED AS DOOR # 001. THERE ARE A
 PAIR OF DOORS WITHIN 3 FEET OF THE FRONT ENTRY DOORS
 THAT HELP CREATE THE REQUIRED ELEVATOR LOBBY. THE
 ARCHITECTURAL AND ELECTRICAL SHEETS ARE SILENT IF THESE
 DOORS ARE ON MAGNETIC HOLD OPEN DEVICES. WE ARE TRYING
 TO ACHIEVE COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION ACCESS. CODE 404.2.6 DOORS IN SERIES. THE
 DISTANCE BETWEEN 2 HINGED DOORS OR PIVOTED DOORS IN
 SERIES SHALL BE 48 INCHES MINIMUM PLUS THE WIDTH OF
 DOORS SWINGING INTO THE SPACE. SEE FIGURE 404.2.6. IF
 THE ELEVATOR LOBBY DOORS ARE ON MAGNETIC HOLD OPEN
 DEVICES WHEN THE FIRE ALARM GOES OFF THE ELEVATOR DOORS
 WILL AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE AND ANYONE IN A WHEEL CHAIR
 WOULD GO TO THE STAIRWELL FOR THE AREA OF RESCUE
 ASSISTANCE, NOT TRAVEL INTO THE ELEVATOR LOBBY. PLEASE
 MAKE A NOTATION IF THE ELEVATOR LOBBY DOORS ARE ON
 MAGNETIC HOLD OPEN DEVICES.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
