 1) CODE IN EFFECT CHANGED ON 1/1/2021 - PLEASE REVISE
 THE DRAWINGS TO SHOW THE DESIGN PER THE CODE IN EFFECT
 (FBC 2020 AND ASCE 7-16).
 2) PLEASE SHOW THE SMOKE ALARM LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE
 HOUSE TO COMPLY WITH FBC R314.2.2 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS
 AND ADDITIONS.
 WHERE ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS REQUIRING A
 PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHERE ONE OR MORE SLEEPING ROOMS ARE
 ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE INDIVIDUAL
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH SMOKE ALARMS
 LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS.
 3) ROOF ADDITIONAL UPLIFT ENGINEERING IS REQUIRED TO BE
 COMPLETED BY AN ENGINEER, ARCHITECT OR REGISTERED
 ROOFING CONSULTANT. IF PROVIDED BY ENGINEER OR
 ARCHITECT THEY WILL NEED TO SIGN AND SEAL THE
 ENGINEERING. SEE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL GENERAL
 LIMITATION NUMBER 7.
 4) JOB VALUE SHOWN ON THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION
 APPEARS TO BE LOW - 243 SQ. FOOT X $60.00 PER SQ. FT =
 $14,580.00 - PLEASE REVISE THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION TO REFLECT THE TRUE COST (AS IF A
 CONTRACTOR IS BUILDING IT - MATERIALS + LABOR) FBC WPB
 AMENDMENTS 109.3 ? FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES THE VALUE OF
 ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE
 PROJECT ARE REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COST. FBC
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR FINISH,
 RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY
 LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST
 PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS
 SERVICES (MARSHALL ? SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) AS PUBLISHED
 BY INTERNATIONAL CODE CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT
