 NOTE:
 SURVEY SUBMITTED SHOWS A NEW TIKI HUT ON THE NORTH WEST
 CORNER. THERE ARE NO PERMITS FOR THIS CONSTRUCTION.
 NEED TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 TIKI HUT.
  
 RESPONSE:
 JENNA UPLOADED SEMINOLE EXEMPT CHICKEE HUT INFORMATION
 UNDER THIS SUBMITTAL. THIS IS NOT WHAT IT WAS REQUESTED
 ON MY NOTE. SEE NOTE ABOVE. NEED TO SUBMIT A PERMIT
 APPLICATION FOR ZONING REVIEW. IF IT IS A "CHICKEE"
 WITHOUT ANY ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING OR OTHER NON WOOD
 FEATURES, THEN IT IS EXEMPT FROM THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE BUT STILL NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH THE ZONING
 REQUIREMENTS. SUBMIT SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION WITH
 THE "CHICKEE" INFORMATION FOR ZONING REVIEW.
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT ON MY FIRST REVIEW:
 1- NO CLEAR WHY SUBMITTING ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AND CALCULATIONS. SEPARATE ROOFING PERMIT WAS APPLIED
 FOR AND THE ROOFING PERMIT IS ALREADY CLOSED. TO AVOID
 CONFLICT/CONFUSION. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS INFORMATION IS
 IS NOT REQUIRED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 PER CONVERSATION WITH JENNA, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT
 THIS SUBMITTAL WILL BE FOCUSED ON THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE ONLY TO AVOID CONFUSION/CONFLICTS.
  
 NOW IT IS NOT CLEAR WHY JENNA IS UPLOADING PRODUCT
 APPROVALS FOR WINDOW AND DOOR IN THIS SUBMITTAL. AS
 AGREED WITH JENNA ON LAST PHONE CONVERSATION THIS
 SUBMITTAL IS ONLY FOR THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND THE
 SURVEY.
 TO AVOID MORE CONFUSION, PLEASE UPLOAD THE WINDOW AND
 DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL UNDER THE REVISION #21020249 THAT
 WAS GENERATED ON FEBRUARY 4TH OF THIS YEAR. PERMIT
 LIBRARIAN IS WAITING FOR THE REVISION FEES TO BE PAID
 AND THE PRODUCT APPROVALS TO BE UPLOADED IN ORDER TO
 COMPLETE THIS REVISION PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT THE
 PERMIT LIBRARIAN AND COMPLETE THE TASK.
