 NOTE:
 SURVEY SUBMITTED SHOWS A NEW TIKI HUT ON THE NORTH WEST
 CORNER. THERE ARE NO PERMITS FOR THIS CONSTRUCTION.
 NEED TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
 TIKI HUT.
  
  
  
 ORIGINAL COMMENT:
 1- NO CLEAR WHY SUBMITTING ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVALS
 AND CALCULATIONS. SEPARATE ROOFING PERMIT WAS APPLIED
 FOR AND THE ROOFING PERMIT IS ALREADY CLOSED. ROOFING
 INFORMATION SUBMITTED NOW IS DIFFERENT THAN THAT
 SUBMITTED UNDER THE ROOFING PERMIT. TO AVOID
 CONFLICT/CONFUSION. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS INFORMATION IS
 IS NOT REQUIRED.
  
 RESPONSE:
 PER CONVERSATION WITH JENNA, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT
 THIS SUBMITTAL WILL BE FOCUSED ON THE ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATE ONLY TO AVOID CONFUSION/CONFLICTS. THE
 FOLLOWING COMMENTS APPLY TO THE ELEVATION CERTIFICATE
 AND SURVEY SUBMITTED;
  
 1- A)SURVEY SUBMITTED IS MISSING THE FINISHED ELEVATION
 OF THE RESIDENCE AND THE FINISHED ELEVATION OF THE A/C
 EQUIPMENT. PROVIDE SURVEY WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION.

 B)REVISED SURVEY TO HAVE SURVEYORS DIGITAL SIGNATURE OR
 PROVIDE HARD COPY WITH SURVEYORS
