 1) SITE PLAN SUBMITTED DOES NOT HAVE THE CONTRACTOR
 (QUALIFIER) SIGNATURE, PRINTED NAME AND CGC LICENSE
 NUMBER. THE CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW
 THE SET OF PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS
 THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS.
 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. PLEASE NOTE THE
 EXCEPTION TO ENGINEERED PLANS UNDER 471.003(H)
 ELECTRICAL/ PLUMBING/ MECHANICAL, 481.229(1)(C)
 (BUILDING) REQUIRES THE CONTRACTOR FOR THAT TRADE THAT
 WILL BE LICENSED IN THAT TRADE, WILL ALSO BE THE
 CONTRACTOR THAT DESIGNS THE SYSTEM UNDER THAT TRADE.
