 SINCE THE PEEL AND STICK UNDERLAYMENT WAS REMOVED, THEN
 THERE IS NO INFORMATION SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH

 ENGINEERS. ALL LICENSEES ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN THE
 DESIGN OF ENGINEERING WORKS OR SYSTEMS IN CONNECTION
 WITH BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, OR FACILITIES AND SYSTEMS
 COVERED BY THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE SHALL TAKE
 CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES AND SUBMIT PROOF TO THE
 BOARD, AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS ESTABLISHED
 BY THE BOARD BY RULE, THAT THE LICENSEE HAS COMPLETED
 ANY SPECIALIZED OR ADVANCED COURSES ON ANY PORTION OF
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE APPLICABLE TO THE LICENSEE'S
 AREA OF PRACTICE. THE BOARD SHALL RECORD REPORTED
 CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES ON A SYSTEM EASILY
 ACCESSED BY CODE ENFORCEMENT JURISDICTIONS FOR
 EVALUATION WHEN DETERMINING LICENSE STATUS FOR PURPOSES
 OF PROCESSING DESIGN DOCUMENTS. LOCAL JURISDICTIONS
 SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTIFYING THE BOARD WHEN
 DESIGN DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING
 CONSTRUCTION PERMITS BY PERSONS WHO ARE NOT IN
 COMPLIANCE WITH THIS SECTION. THE BOARD SHALL TAKE
 APPROPRIATE ACTION AS PROVIDED BY ITS RULES WHEN SUCH
 NONCOMPLIANCE IS DETERMINED TO EXIST.
  
 RESPONSE:
 ENGINEER'S RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT "INFORMATION HAS
 BEEN PROVIDED IN RESUBMITTAL PACKAGE". THERE IS NOT
 INFORMATION IN THE RESUBMITAL PACKAGE AND DBPR DOESN'T
 SHOW THIS EITHER.
  
 RESPONSE TO RESPONSE COMMENTS:
 ENGINEER STATED THAT THIS INFORMATION WAS SUBMITTED FOR
 PERMIT NUMBERS 21010553... AND OTHER PERMITS. SHE ALSO
 ASKED TO UPDATE HER INFORMATION ON THE SYSTEM. THIS IS
 NOT SOMETHING WE UPDATE. THE INFORMATION IS FOUND IN
 THE DBPR WEBSITE.
 I SENT AN EMAIL TO DBPR TO GET CLARIFICATION ON HOW ARE
 WE SUPPOSED TO CHECK THIS REQUIREMENT. WHEN CHECKING
 THE DBPR WEBSITE, I SEE SOME ENGINEERS HAVE AN
 "ADVANCED BUILDING CODE COURSE CREDIT" UNDER THE
 SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS FIELD. OTHERS DON'T HAVE THIS
 ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION.
  
 NOTE:
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT APPLICATION ALONG WITH LANDSCAPE PLANS
 NEED TO BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. PLEASE
 COORDINATE WITH ZONING TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 03/09/21 TALKED TO CARLOS RAMIREZ (OWNER). BASED ON
 SOIL TEST REPORT HE WILL GO WITH OPTION #1 TO PREPARE
 SOIL FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION. REMOVE DIRT UP TO 8FT PER
 SOIL TEST REPORT.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
 HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR
