 CORRECT ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM SIGN AREA SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 2.) PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SIGN AREA
 CANNOT EXCEED MORE THAN 75% OF THE PERMITTED SIGN SIZE
 (IN SQUARE FEET) IN TABLE XIII-1, BUILDING FACADE SIGN
 AREA TABLE IN THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). [ZLDR S.94-408(F)]
  
 3.) PLEASE CLARIFY IF THERE WILL BE ANY OTHER SIGNAGE
 PROPOSED FOR THE BUILDING. PURSUANT TO ZLDR
 S.94-94-408, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SIGNS FOR THE ENTIRE
 BUILDING IS THREE (3).
