 AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. THE UTILITY EASEMENT SEEMS
 TO ENCROACH 2.5 FT. WITHIN THE REAR PROPERTY LINE.
 ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN, THE POOL DECK SEEMS TO
 ENCROACH INTO THE EASEMENT, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 PLEASE ADDRESS. IT IS ALSO NECESSARY TO VERIFY THE
 LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT WITH
 THE SUBMITTAL OF THE SURVEY FOR THE PROPERTY.
  
 3.) THE SITE PLAN (SHEET 1) NOTES A CHAIN LINK FENCE
 ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE, BUT IT DOES NOT PROVIDE
 ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS THE EXTENT OF THE
 FENCE ALONG THE PROPERTY LINE AND HOW TALL THE FENCE
 WILL BE. ALTHOUGH A SEPARATE FENCE PERMIT IS REQUIRED,
 INFORMATION ON THE PROPOSED FENCE SHALL BE PROVIDED ON
 THE MASTER AT THIS TIME. [3/22/21 MODIFIED/REPEAT
