 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 1.) THE SURVEY SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE SURVEYOR.
  
 2.) THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE SEEMS TO INDICATE
 THAT THE PROPERTY IS COMPRISED OF LOTS 286 THROUGH 291.
 THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN SEEMS TO INDICATE THAT THE
 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AND PROPERTY LINES IS FOR LOTS 289
 THROUGH 291 ONLY. PLEASE ADDRESS, AS THERE MUST BE
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE INFORMATION. ALSO, A LOT SPLIT
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING DIVISION
 FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL IF THE INTENT IS TO SPLIT THE
 LOTS. PLEASE CONTACT PLANNING DIVISION STAFF.
  
 3.) ALL STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS PROPOSED FOR THE PROPERTY
 (I.E. FENCES/WALLS AROUND THE POOL AND/OR PROPERTY,
 ETC.) SHALL BE SHOWN IN THE SITE PLAN AT THIS TIME.
  
 4.) SHOW SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE A/C COMPRESSOR UNIT
 PADS TO THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE IN THE SITE PLAN. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE PAD(S) MAY NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4 FT.

 5.) PROVIDE AND ILLUSTRATE THE CALCULATIONS FOR
 LANDSCAPED AREA WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD (AREA
 WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FEET OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE).
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROJECT SHALL CONTAIN A MINIMUM OF
 1,000 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA WITH LIVING PLANT
 MATERIAL (I.E. GRASS, GROUND COVER, SHRUBS, HEDGES,
 VINES OR TREES, ETC.) WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT
