 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS TRAVEL DISTANCES IN THE
 WORK WHERE THE NEW WORK IS PROPOSED, BUT NOT ON THE
 OTHER SIDE OF THE NEW WALL (EXISTING KITCHEN) THAT
 CREATES DEAD END CORRIDORS & EGRESS THROUGH A KITCHEN
 AND CLOSET. NOTE THE EXISTING KITCHEN HAS AN EXISTING
 STORAGE ROOM. THIS ROUTE CAN NOT BE USED AS AN EXIT
 ACCESS POINT SINCE YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH
 A STORAGE ROOM.
 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 801.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR EXTENSION
 OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK, RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL
 NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO WHICH THE RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS
 BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY
 OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
